Depending on your internet browser configuration, the download window may disappear when your browser has finished downloading. This can sometimes make it difficult to locate where downloaded files have been placed. The solution is to:

Right-click on download link.
Choose "save as", "download as", "select destination" or similar.
Check using Windows Explorer when the download has finished or has disappeared in the internet browser.
