The history and roots of Microsys is all about custom software programming and consulting. Custom software development covers areas such as:

• Desktop software.
• Kiosk software.

We have worked on a variety of custom programming services in the past ranging from small one-off jobs to large on-going projects where software development has been on continued basis over many years.

Most help and support is usually covered by our existing free support for the software products we sell online.

Beyond responsive email support, we always update our online help to answer just about any question we get, even if just remotely related to our software.

However, there can be times where the customer:

• Requests further services for general help with areas related to the software.
• Transfers the license within a company where the new license user starts asking the same questions we already answered once or more.

• Already use some of our free or paid tools.
• Need some additional features currently not present, possibly in a hurry.

This type of work usually falls into either:

1. • You need a general useful feature developed for one of our products.
   • You want to pay us for the general useful feature you need to have developed.
   • These are usually features that we were going to implement under all circumstances. Consider it a bounty that helps us priortize among an ever growing number of feature requests.
   • We keep rights. We will likely add the new features/code into the main build and distribution of the product.
   
   
   
2. • You need a special custom feature developed for one of our products.
   • You want to pay us for the special custom feature you need to have developed.
   • These are usually features that we were not going to implement otherwise. You pay us to implement them anyhow.
   • We keep rights. We will possibly add the new features/code into the main build and distribution of the product.

• Website related work - coding, SEO/PPC and WordPress.
