How to Handle Multiple Users and Time Sheets

• These kinds of projects are also referred to as project links.

• Local area network (LAN) / UNC paths:
  • You can override the directory project path.
    • The project directory path contains all documents, e.g. time sheets and notes.
    • Overriding the project directory path does not override projects settings.
      • This allows users to use their own favourite TimeSage configuration.

• General considerations:
  • It is best to use a descriptive time sheet naming convention: ThomasS_2006-01-01.tsp.
    • This makes it easier to print or show statistics for a single person.
