XML Sitemap Error <url> Tag Missing in Parent <urlset>

Abstract: Under some circumstances, the sitemap generator will create an empty xml sitemap if not URLs were chosen to be included in the generated XML sitemap.

The <url> Tag Missing. Parent Tag is <urlset>

While the generated XML sitemap file is valid XML, it is an error to submit an XML sitemap file that does not contain any URLs.

If you are trying to create a special XML sitemap file kind, please note you may need to do some configuration to ensure URLs are included in the generated XML sitemap:
