Launcher Billing, VAT and Invoice Information

Billing questions related to purchase of Launcher including VAT information and how to retrieve the invoice online.

Launcher and VAT

Details about buying from a reseller which also handles processing of payments:
  • VAT is shown and handled automatically during the ordering and checkout process.
  • eSellerate, Plimus, FastSpring etc. are not located in Denmark. VAT is therefore not Danish.

All US companies are obligated to collect on behalf of the EU on electronically supplied services to consumers:


Launcher and Invoice/Receipt from FastSpring

  • Your initial thank you order email also contains a link to your invoice/receipt.
  • If you have lost above email, you can retrieve your invoice / receipt by:
    1. Navigate to https://sites.fastspring.com/microsys/order/invoice/.
    2. Add your order ID to the URL, e.g. xxxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx, then refresh browser. You invoice/receipt should now show.
  • The invoice / receipt contains company and VAT information at the following places (as of 2014 March):
    • FastSpring company address is at the top left:
      FastSpring
      8 E. Figueroa Street
      Suite 240
      Santa Barbara, CA 93101
    • FastSpring company VAT ID (issued by the EU) is at the middle left: EU826012240


Launcher and Invoice/Receipt from Plimus

  • Your order confirmation email contains a link to purchase-related customer support.
  • If you have lost above email, you can retrieve your invoice / receipt by:
    1. Navigate to http://www.plimus.com | Shoppers | Customers Support.
    2. Above takes you to http://home.plimus.com/ecommerce/shoppers/customer-support.
    3. From there you can retrieve your invoice/receipt.
  • The invoice / receipt contains company and VAT information at the following places (as of 2011 July):
    • Plimus company address is at the bottom right:
      Plimus, Inc.

    • Plimus company VAT ID (issued by the EU) is at the bottom left: EU826002156

  • Your order confirmation email contains a link to purchase-related customer support.
  • If you have lost above email, you can retrieve your invoice / receipt by:
    1. Navigate to http://www.esellerate.net | purchase / consumer | after sales support.
    2. Above takes you to https://store.esellerate.net/store/support/Default.aspx.
    3. Enter order reference number and email address.
    4. Click on "Receipt / Invoice" in "Billing issues" sections and click "Next".
  • The invoice / receipt contains company and VAT information at the following places (as of 2009 January):
    • eSellerate company address is at the middle bottom right:
