If you have lost above email, you can retrieve your invoice / receipt by:
1. Navigate to http://www.plimus.com | Shoppers | Customers Support.
2. Above takes you to http://home.plimus.com/ecommerce/shoppers/customer-support.
3. From there you can retreieve your invoice/receipt.
The invoice / receipt contains company and VAT information following places (as of 2011 July):
- Plimus company address is at bottom right:
  Plimus, Inc.

  San Jose, CA 95110, USA
- Plimus company VAT ID is at bottom left:
  Vat ID: EU826002156.

If you have lost above email, you can retrieve your invoice / receipt by:
1. Navigate to http://www.esellerate.net | purchase / consumer | after sales support.
2. Above takes you to https://store.esellerate.net/store/support/Default.aspx.
3. Enter order reference number and email address.
4. Click on "Receipt / Invoice" in "Billing issues" sections and click "Next".
The invoice / receipt contains company and VAT information following places (as of 2009 January):

Your initial thank you order email also contains a link to your invoice/receipt.
If you have lost above email, you can retrieve your invoice / receipt by:
1. Navigate to https://sites.fastspring.com/microsys/order/invoice/.
2. Add your order ID to the URL, e.g. xxxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx, then refresh browser. You invoice/receipt should now show.
