Launcher Engine Updates

You can get and install these files by:
- Close and exit Launcher.
- Open the Launcher program directory.
- Find the sub directory that contains the kind of file you update, e.g. quick-lists.
- Download the file from here and move it into the found directory.
- Start and run Launcher.
