Steps You Can Take When Encountering a Bug
Be sure that you are using the newest version available. Often problems have been solved in newer versions.
Email a complete description of the problem. Be sure to include operating system,
application logs (if any), how to reproduce the error (as exact as possible), and
(if applicable and possible) a screenshot demonstrating the problem.
